The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests we had. They provided us with a map of the city and gave great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and visit all the main tourist spots. We also appreciated the free water they offered, especially during the hot summer days.

The Wi-Fi in our room was very unreliable and kept dropping out, making it difficult for us to stay connected and plan our activities.

The hotel’s location near the bustling shopping area and central square is great for exploring the city on foot. The staff’s service is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Rooms are well-appointed and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.

The lack of sound insulation from outside noise can be bothersome at times.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing; I was right in the middle of everything and could easily walk to all the tourist places. Plus, it was so helpful to have services like car hire, room service, and tours/ticket assistance. The staff was fantastic - from the cleaning staff to the manager, everyone went above-and-beyond to make me comfortable and attend to every request. My room was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I needed, like heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. And the dining options were excellent - from the special diet menus to the in-room breakfast, I always had delicious food available.

I had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Amsterdam Centraal and tramways right at the door. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing guidance on places to visit. Room service is available most of the time, ensuring convenience and comfort during the stay. As youngsters, we appreciated the old-world charm of the hotel and the upgraded executive suite with a super comfy bed.

The hotel facilities were great, from the clean and comfy room to the bar that had interesting historic artwork. The staff were very helpful, from quick check-in to purchasing an adapter. Our food for takeaway breakfast was good and all the staff were fabulous and best. The hotel was in a good area, close to restaurants, Amsterdam and Central station.
